SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

Conviction may send SMS messages to clients, prospects, and users who have booked a call, submitted a form, requested information, or opted in to receive communications from Conviction through our website at https://aiconviction.io, our scheduling forms, our lead forms, or other approved intake channels.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, follow-up messages, project or onboarding communications, customer support communications, and service-related updates connected to Conviction's strategy, systems, AI, automation, CRM, marketing, and consulting services.

Opt-in is collected through web forms, scheduling forms, lead forms, or other consent-based channels where the user provides their phone number and agrees to receive SMS communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up again through the same process you used initially, and we may resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support Information

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact Conviction directly at [email protected] or +1 438-703-5144 during business hours.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage, appointment schedule, onboarding status, and communication preferences. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is designed to work with major wireless carriers and most regional carriers. Availability may vary depending on your carrier, device, and location.

7. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program or use Conviction's services.

8. Privacy Policy

For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy at:
